Ultra Fish Oils capsules are high in strength, with over 60% Omega-3 fatty acids. As with all products in the Ultra Fish Oils range, it is produced in Norway to the highest purity standards. Ultra Fish Oils capsules provides a rich source of the essential fatty acids DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) to help maintain health and wellbeing: EPA and DHA are classed as essential fatty acids because they cannot be made efficiently by the body and must be obtained through the diet. Ultra Omega-3 capsules contain vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and helps to protect the high purity oil.
Indications
Generally Ultra™ Fish Oils can be taken alongside medications. However, for specific advice on taking Ultra™ Fish Oils with medicines, we recommend that you contact your doctor or pharmacist first.
Ingredients
Tablet Ingredients: Omega-3 Fish Oil (from Fish), Capsule Shell (Pharmaceutical Grade Gelatin [Halal Bovine Source], Glycerin, Orange Flavour), Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopherol).

Directions
Take two capsules per day. Preferably with a meal and a drink such as milk or orange juice. Do not exceed recommended intake.
